From what I remember, if you're playing them from within a game and not separately from the main menu, the DLC tombs don't unlock and become available to play until certain parts of story progression. It shouldn't mess with the main storyline much, if it all. New game + gives you 9 more skills to unlock.

Unfortunately not, the game still crashes upon launch, but I'm currently playing the second part, Rise of the Tomb raider and it works perfectly. Same thing here with a RX6600/R5-5600. Sometimes it doesn't even make it to the main menu, when it does it CTD's after a few seconds. 500Gb SSD.
